Orders & Shipping 🚀

 

1. When will I get my order?

Every product is created on-demand especially for you after an order is placed. Therefore, our process involves two stages:

  • Fulfillment (Production Time): It takes 2-7 business days to print, manufacture, and package your product.

  • Shipping (Delivery Time): Once fulfilled, your order is shipped. The delivery time depends on your location:

    • India: Typically 3-7 business days.

    • International (USA, UK, Australia, etc.): Typically 7-21 business days.

2. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a tracking link.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We deliver across the globe, especially to the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe.

 

Returns & Exchanges 🛡️

 

4. Can I return or exchange my product?

This is a very important question. Because every product is custom-printed on-demand just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • You ordered the wrong size.

  • You changed your mind.

Therefore, please check the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering.

5. So, when is a return possible?

We will absolutely help you if the mistake is on our end. We will provide a free replacement if:

  • The product you received is damaged.

  • The product has a significant printing error.

  • You were sent the wrong item, size, or color.

For any such issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery according to our Refund Policy.

6. What's the quality of your products like?

8. What are my payment options?

  • For India: We support all major payment methods, including UPI, Wallets (Paytm, etc.), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For International Customers: You can pay using PayPal and all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
